Dear Karen, and Soltero clan...
Regretfully, I will not be able to attend Wendy's memorial service, being held in Los Angeles, as I have been ill, and am not really fit to leave the house.
However, I just wanted everyone to know that my thoughts are with Wendy and all of you. As I write this, you are all gathering in her memory, and I, although not physically present, am there with you in spirit. (as is Wendy, I'm sure)
She was "cool beans" as we like to say, and a good spirit. She will come again.
