I have read some of your thougths and comments, and once again read this beautiful dedication page to this young woman. All so absolutely beautiful... I can't say that I ever met Wendy, or that I even know her family. I am just one of those people you meet along the way. Through almost chance,I am included in this list of friends of the Soltero family. I am touched, and I thank you. On January 5th, 7:00pm Atlantic Standard Time, I released a bouquet of rainbow-colored, star specked, and pastel-swirled balloons into the winter night here in Halifax. I watched them ascend into the night sky, bright curly trail of ribbons following behind, and wished Wendy's spirit well. May you all find peace. Sincerely, Trish Victor
