Sometimes I just want to talk about Wendy for a really long time, if that makes any sense. I keep thinking that if I just can talk about her long enough and can remember her, it will almost be like having her back. Things that make me think of Wendy: skinnydipping, Mercedes, messy eaters, messy cars, messy anything, crushes on boys, anyone being really earnest about anything, IHOP, Jojo's, the all-night grocery store, wedding dresses, camouflage, boxer puppies, City Java, the Violent Femmes, "Ain't Misbehavin", Like a Prayer,, drums, guitars, pinwheels, big hugs, sweaty armpits, cactus pizza, Xenon, prosthetic limb designers, spies, girlfriends who hold hands, birthday candles, plaid skirts, silly poetry, darkrooms, Mickey Mouse phones, slumber parties, taking my dad's car out... I am just so afraid of forgetting.
