I Knew Wendy from TACT the Theater Group sponsored by Planned Parenthood. I have not worked with Planned Parenthood for the past three years, but I try to keep up on events through the quarterly newsletter; which is where I first learned of Wendy's death. It was such a shock that it left me stunned for days. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family and friends.
It is such a comfort to have piece of mind that the people responsible for this horrific act were apprehended and arrested.
I just finished reading the article in the Dallas Morning News this morning and was grateful that this website was set up for Wendy in her honor.
I remember working with her while she rehearsed the TACT skits and at that time she was performing in a band.
